We are a registered yoga school RYS200 (Yoga Alliance). Satu has facilitated teacher trainings from 2010. This training is intended to cultivate and accentuate each individuals own natural way of teaching. We are diving deep into yoga and our authentic selves! You can also come to deepen your own practice. (5 spots left)

TEACHING

 

To teach, we need sensitivity, intention, compassion and courage. As a teacher we are there to support, inspire and see what there is needed for each individual and for the group as a whole too. We must create a safe environment for learning.

 

Covering:

 

How to be an effective teacher

Use of voice, body language and touch

The art and science of sequencing

Learning to see and understand bodies

The purpose and use of props

Hands-on adjustments and assists

 

We will be teaching in english. Practicum can be done in finnish too. The group will be small as we want to keep the training as intimate as possible.

Berlin is a very cheap city to live in! You can eat plenty for only 5€. Also we will be offering smoothies most mornings in the shala.
